PITTSBURGH –– OCT. 24, 2023 –– YouCompli, a leading provider of SaaS healthcare compliance solutions, today announced it has added two of the compliance industry’s best-known and most respected professionals to its Advisory Board. They are:

• Jenny O’Brien – president and principal at BlackBridge Advisors. She has been the chief compliance officer at multiple companies, including UnitedHealthcare, as well as a state assistant attorney general and a partner at a law firm. She is a past president and board member of HCCA/SCCE, and serves on the boards of Bon Secours Mercy Health System and St. Charles Health System and the advisory board of Stellar Health.

• Roy Snell – previously CEO of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). He co-founded the organizations, and was their first president. Roy also is a former Mayo Clinic administrator, consultant, and compliance officer. He has been named twice to Ethisphere’s “Most Influential People in Business Ethics” list.

O’Brien and Snell join Shawn DeGroot on the YouCompli Advisory Board. DeGroot is president of Compliance Vitals, providing consulting services for clients in need of practical guidance in a complex healthcare regulatory environment. She also is a past president of HCCA/SCCE and serves on an advisory group to the HCCA/SCCE Board of Directors.
